'Net Blog' - Episode 1

'Net Blog'... It's what you've been asking for! Tuesday evening saw the start of the Blighty Ducks evening net sessions with a record turn out of ten! A few notable absences, especially from Mr Net himself Blog Sam... hoping for far more commitment from our opening bat as we go through the season please!

A warm welcome to our latest two Duck recruits in Luke and Scott. Both have already given Manager Dave 'Gok' Wright and Skipper Tim Wade a major headache selection for Saturday's league opener at the International Cricket Stadium with a fine display of bowling from the pair. The Ducks have never looked stronger in January and the excitement is building for what could be an historic year for the mighty Blighty Ducks!
